To guarantee successful delivery of your floral order, Please inform our customer service team of office hours.

But recipient is there until...

If your design should be delivered before specific time, Please inform our customer service team for feasibility. We will accommodate timed delivery requests if possible; however, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery time.

What if the recipient is not there?

We will deliver the flowers, if no one is home, flowers will be porched and a courtesy call will be made to the recipient to let them know flowers are porched. If no one answers the phone call, we will leave a message on answering machine. If phone number not provided, the flowers will be porched only.

Was my order delivered?

Our customer service team will ask for your email address when you place your order. This email will be used to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

Do you make SAME DAY deliveries?

We have same day delivery service, as long as you place your order before 11 AM. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next day or after.
